Terms
The terms of sale set out here apply to goods supplied by ArtPsk, ordered from the ArtPsk website at www.ArtPsk.co.uk. By continuing with a purchase it is deemed that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
You must be 16 years of age or older to order from the website and by accepting these terms and conditions you are confirming this.
ArtPsk reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice to you in relation to future sales.
These terms do not create any rights to any parties other than the purchaser.
Orders and Prices
ArtPsk use Paypal as their online purchasing systems.
ArtPsk accepts payment by any of the credit cards shown as acceptable on the website at time of purchase.
All prices may be subject to change. Prices for specific works may rise as an edition begins to sell out.
The description and price of goods will be as shown on the website at the time you place your order. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of purchase. If an error is discovered prior to despatch of your order, ArtPsk will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling your order.
While ordering online, you will be paying using Paypal. You will also receive an email receipt to confirm ArtPsk has received your order. Should you not receive an email please contact ArtPsk Art by email at admin@ArtPsk.co.uk .
Delivery
All delivery times quoted on the ArtPsk website are estimates based on availability, normal processing and delivery times.
Artworks ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, subject to receipt of an order confirmation email.
All work will be sent to you by courier service. ArtPsk will endeavour to deliver purchased art within 14 days of receipt of payment unless otherwise stated on the website, or advised by emailat the time of purchase.
If there is no one available at the delivery address to accept delivery of couriered goods, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or place to collect the goods (UK). ArtPsk cannot accept responsibility for large goods that are returned to the post office and remain uncollected.
A signature will be required on delivery for couriered and special delivery purchases. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address for any order will act as proof that the order has been delivered to you.
Once the art work is considered delivered, responsibility for the work, risk of damage or loss will pass to you and you shall be responsible for insuring the work.
If ArtPsk is unable to deliver your order within 30 days, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a full refund that will be paid to the credit or debit card with which you originally paid for your order.
ArtPsk is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unavoidable delay in delivery of an order. ArtPsk is not liable for any damage which occurs to an order after a delivery has been made.
Ownership and Copyright
Once an art work is in your possession you may not publish or submit for publication or reproduction any image of an art work to any third party including the internet for any purpose. Copyright belongs to the artist P. Singh. Images of sold paintings may still be used by ArtPsk for any future use including but not limited to advertising, books and other publications, social media and other web based use. P. Singh will still have the rights to sell printed version of the original artwork sold.
Payment Security
ArtPsk uses Paypal for online payments. Paypal allows us to safely process your credit card payments and complete the financial transactions as securely as possible. For further information regarding Paypal's secure systems please visit their website www.paypal.co.uk.
Privacy
ArtPsk does not disclose buyer's information to third parties. Please see our privacy statement for further details.
Returns
In cases of goods that are damaged or wrongly supplied please contact ArtPsk at admin@ArtPsk.co.uk.
ArtPsk accept no responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit. Please see returns policy for further information.
